Description

These are the string-lock saddles for the Floyd Rose Special series bridge — the six blocks that clamp each string at the bridge plate and set its break angle into the body. If a saddle is cracked, stripped at the lock screw, or corroded to the point where the clamping surface is no longer flat, the string will not stay locked under dive or pull-up. Replacing the full set restores a consistent clamping surface across all six strings.

Fit is series-specific. These saddles are cut for the Floyd Rose Special and will not drop into an Original, 1000 series, or Pro bridge, even where the parts look nearly identical side by side. If you are not certain which series your bridge is, check the bridge plate itself — the series name is usually stamped or cast into it. Do not guess: a saddle that does not seat correctly will affect intonation and string lock, not just cosmetics.

Material is hardened steel with a satin gold finish. Sold as a complete set of six. Mixing new saddles with worn ones from the same bridge leaves the string heights inconsistent across the radius — replace the set together.

If you are not certain this is the right saddle for your bridge, send us the make, model, and year of your guitar and we will confirm before you order.
