Fit is series-specific, and this is where most mistakes happen. Floyd Rose tremolo systems across different generations can look nearly identical from a distance but are cut to different dimensions. This saddle is made for the Original series only. If the system in your guitar is a Special, 1000 series, Pro, or a licensed copy, this part will not fit correctly. Check the baseplate or the cavity cover for the series marking before ordering. If you cannot find it, pull one of the existing saddles and compare.

The hardened steel construction matters here because the string locking screw and the string itself both bear against the saddle face under significant tension. Softer material wears at those contact points and either loses grip or lets the string bite in at an angle, which throws intonation. Hardened steel holds the geometry over time.
