This kit contains everything needed to rebuild or replace a Floyd Rose Original-footprint double-locking tremolo in one order: bridge, locking nut, springs and claw, mounting studs, and all installation hardware. The Hot Rod series sits on the same dimensions as the Floyd Rose Original. Where it differs from a stock Original is the block — this kit ships with a Fat Brass Block — and the screws, which are stainless steel. The base plate and saddles are hardened steel. The tremolo arm is stainless steel. The finish is chrome.
Fit is decided before the kit arrives. A Floyd Rose Original-footprint kit drops in only if what is already in your guitar shares those same series dimensions — same stud spacing, same string count, same overall bridge footprint. If the existing unit is a different series or a licensed copy built to different specs, this is not a swap, it is a routing job. Pull the current bridge and confirm what you actually have before ordering.
