These are the six clamping screws that bite down on the string end inside each saddle block. When one strips — and they do, because the Allen socket takes the full torque of every string change — the saddle stops clamping cleanly and tuning stability goes with it. A rounded head is not a tighten-harder problem; it is a replace-the-screw problem.

These screws are specific to the Floyd Rose 1000 Series. They will not cross-fit other Floyd Rose lines. If your bridge is a 1000 Series unit, this is the correct set. If you are not certain which series you have, measure nothing — look for the series marking on the baseplate or send us the make, model and year before you order.

Steel construction with a black finish. The set covers all six saddles, which matters: if one screw is worn enough to strip, the others are not far behind. Replacing one saddle at a time and leaving five ageing screws in place is how you end up back at the bench next string change.
