Ibanez produced the AVD11ANS as part of the Artwood Vintage series, a line positioned around vintage-informed acoustic construction. The AVD11ANS occupied the dreadnought slot in that series, finished in an Antique Natural Semi-Gloss.
The top is Thermo Aged Solid Caucasian Spruce braced with Thermo Aged Spruce X bracing, paired with Okoume back and sides. The Nyatoh neck carries a Soft-V profile and meets an Ovangkol fretboard across 20 frets, with a 651mm scale length, a 43mm nut width, and a 400mm radius. Nut and saddle are both unbleached oil-impregnated bone. The Ovangkol bridge is fitted with Ibanez Advantage bridge pins and strung from the factory with D'Addario XTAPB1253 strings gauged .012–.053 at standard tuning. Tortoiseshell body binding, herringbone top purfling, a wooden multi-ring soundhole rosette, and Gold Mother of Pearl dot inlays are the principal cosmetic details. Tuning machines are Antique Chrome with oval knobs.
