Schecter positioned the C-1 Platinum LH as a left-handed entry in the C-1 Platinum series, built for players who required a high-output, set-neck instrument with a focus on playability. Constructed in South Korea, it carried a mahogany body with an arched top contour and a three-piece maple neck joined via set-neck construction with Ultra Access. The Satin Black finish was complemented by silver/platinum multi-ply binding.
The 25.5-inch scale ebony fretboard carries 24 X-jumbo frets, a 14-inch radius, and Platinum 'Tempest' inlays. Neck thickness measures .787 inches at the first fret and .866 inches at the twelfth, reflecting the Thin 'C' profile. A Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut sits at 1.653 inches wide, feeding Schecter locking tuners. The two-way adjustable truss rod is accessed via a 5/32-inch Allen nut.
