Schecter produced the Stiletto Stealth-4 LH as a left-handed four-string electric bass within the Stiletto Stealth series, positioned as an active-electronics instrument built around a Basswood body with a bolt-on Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard.
The bass featured a 34-inch scale length and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 16-inch radius board with Grey Pearloid Dot inlays. The neck carried a Thin 'C' profile, measuring .787 inches at the first fret and .866 inches at the twelfth, and seated at a 1.496-inch nut width via a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut. Pickup configuration consisted of a Schecter Diamond SuperRock MM at the bridge and a Schecter Diamond P at the neck, routed through a Master Volume, Blend, and active 2-Band EQ control layout. A 9-volt clip-in battery compartment powered the active circuit. Hardware throughout was finished in black, including the S-Tek bridge, Metal Knurled knobs with set screws, and Schecter tuners. The neck attached via a 6-bolt joint. Schecter strung the instrument with Ernie Ball 4 String Super Long #2849 (.045–.105) strings. The instrument was available in Satin Black.
