Schecter positioned the Hellraiser C-7 FR (item 1813) as a high-output, extended-range instrument within the Hellraiser series, built around a seven-string configuration and a Floyd Rose tremolo system. It was manufactured in South Korea and constructed with a set-neck joint featuring Schecter's Ultra Access heel contour, pairing a three-piece mahogany neck with a mahogany body and an arched top.
The 26.5-inch baritone scale runs across a rosewood fretboard with a 16-inch radius, 24 X-jumbo frets, and grey pearloid Gothic Cross inlays. The nut is a Floyd Rose unit measuring 1.874 inches (47.6mm) wide, feeding into a Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridge — both finished in black chrome along with all other hardware. Both pickup positions carry EMG 707TW humbuckers, each volume control wired as a push-pull pot, giving the owner coil-splitting access alongside the standard volume/volume/tone/3-way switching layout. The electronics are powered through a 9-volt clip-in battery compartment. Grover tuners are fitted at the headstock. The body binding is grey pearloid with black/white/black multi-ply detailing. The neck profile is a Thin 'C', measuring 0.787 inches at the first fret and 0.866 inches at the twelfth. Strings were supplied as Ernie Ball Regular Slinky 7 (.010–.056). A case (SGR-1C) was sold separately.
