The set-neck mahogany body pairs with a three-piece mahogany neck reinforced with carbon fiber rods, and the construction uses Schecter's Ultra Access joint for upper-fret reach.
The ebony fretboard carries 24 X-Jumbo frets on a 16" radius, with pearloid 'Syn' inlays and a Death Bat inlay at the 12th fret; Luminlay side dots provide low-light orientation.
