Schecter built the C-1 Silver Mountain LH as a left-handed variant within the C-1 series, a line the brand positioned as a high-specification, extended-playability platform. The set-neck construction features Ultra Access heel shaping, and the body is finished in Silver Mountain with black hardware and a single-ply black binding over an arched top.
The three-piece mahogany neck is reinforced with carbon fiber rods and carries an ebony fretboard with a 14" (355mm) radius, 24 X-jumbo stainless steel frets, and Line inlays. Luminlay side dot markers glow in the dark for low-light use. The Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut measures 1.653" (42mm) wide, and the thin 'C' profile runs .787" (20mm) at the first fret and .866" (22mm) at the twelfth. A two-way adjustable truss rod accepts a 5⁄32" (4mm) allen key. The Hipshot Ibby HM bridge sits at a 25.5" (648mm) scale length, and both pickup positions carry Schecter USA Sonic Seducer™ humbuckers controlled via a volume/volume/tone (push-pull) layout with a three-way switch. Schecter locking tuners and metal knurled knobs with set screws complete the hardware. Strings were fitted with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010–.046.
