Description

A direct replacement tremolo arm for Floyd Rose Special series bridges. The arm threads into the collar on the bridge baseplate and gives you control over pitch dip and dive. If yours is bent, seized, or missing, this is the part that puts the bridge back in your hand. It is stainless steel with a satin gold finish, 6mm diameter shaft, 80mm in length.

Fit is series-specific and this is the part that catches people out. The shaft diameter, the collar thread, and the bend angle all differ between Floyd Rose generations. This arm fits the Special series. It will not seat correctly in an Original, 1000 series, or other Floyd Rose variant — and a right-handed arm is bent opposite to a left-handed one, so those are not interchangeable either. Before ordering, confirm your bridge says Special series, and confirm your guitar is right-handed.

Stainless steel holds up better than the pot-metal arms that sometimes ship with budget-tier bridges. The failure mode on cheaper arms is a strip at the collar threads or a snap at the bend — neither of which happens here under normal use. The satin gold finish matches Special series hardware in that colour rather than gloss or chrome.

If you are not certain which Floyd Rose series is on your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will point you to the right arm.
