This is the replacement tremolo arm for Floyd Rose Special series bridges, finished in satin black. The arm screws into the bridge collar and gives you the whammy throw. If yours is stripped, bent, or missing, this is the direct replacement — stainless steel, 6mm diameter, 80mm length.
Fit is series-specific and this matters. The Special series arm has a specific shaft diameter, thread type, and bend angle. An arm from the Original, 1000 series, or any other Floyd Rose generation will not seat correctly in a Special series collar — and a left-handed arm is bent the opposite direction and is not interchangeable with a right-handed one. Check your bridge before ordering.
The arm is stainless steel with a satin black finish. Stainless resists corrosion and holds up to regular use better than the plated steel arms that tend to wear through at the collar contact point over time.
If you are not certain which series your bridge is, send us the make, model and year of your guitar and we will tell you before you buy.
