Description

This is the complete tremolo arm assembly for the Floyd Rose Original series — the shaft, collar and tip that drop into the bridge arm socket. If your existing arm has stripped its threads, bent past use, or gone missing, this is the direct replacement. It is stainless steel with a chrome finish, 6mm in diameter and 80mm in length.

Arm fit is series-specific and the dimensions here only work for the Floyd Rose Original series. The shaft diameter, the thread or push-in collar design, and the bend angle all differ between Floyd Rose generations — an arm from one series will not seat correctly in another. Left-handed arms are bent the opposite direction and are not interchangeable with right-handed ones. Confirm your bridge is an Original series before ordering.

Stainless steel resists the corrosion and surface fatigue that eventually strips the chrome off plated zinc arms. The failure mode on the original part is usually a worn collar thread or a shaft bent past the point where it returns to centre — both of which this assembly replaces in full.

If you are not certain which Floyd Rose series is in your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will point you to the correct arm.
