The arm housing is the threaded collar that the whammy arm screws into. When the housing strips, cracks, or works loose from the baseplate, the arm either won't stay in position or won't thread in at all. This is a direct replacement housing for Floyd Rose Non-Fine Tuner tremolo systems, finished in antique bronze. It is the old-style housing design.

Fit is series-specific. Floyd Rose has produced several generations of bridges, and components that look interchangeable between them are frequently cut to different dimensions. Before ordering, confirm that the tremolo already installed in your guitar is a Floyd Rose Non-Fine Tuner system — not an Original, not a Special, not a Pro series. If you are not certain which bridge you have, measure the existing housing and check the baseplate for any series markings before placing an order.

The housing is machined from hardened steel and carries an antique bronze finish. Hardened steel resists thread wear better than pot metal replacements, which matters on a part that gets threaded and unthreaded repeatedly. The antique bronze finish is a match for Non-Fine Tuner hardware already in that colour — a chrome or black housing from a different run will not blend.
