These are the string-lock saddles for the Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. Each saddle clamps the string at the bridge end and sets the intonation point. When a saddle cracks, the clamp screw strips out, or the intonation slot rounds off, the string stops locking reliably and the bridge stops returning to pitch. This set of six replaces the complete saddle bank.

Fit is series-specific. These saddles are cut for the 1000 Series and do not interchange with other Floyd Rose generations — Original Series, Special, or 500 Series — even where the parts look the same side by side. Buy the set rather than replacing individual saddles: mixing worn saddles with new ones leaves the string heights inconsistent across the radius, and the guitar will not set up cleanly.

Material is hardened steel with a satin gold finish. Hardened steel is the correct choice here — the saddle takes the full string tension load at the clamp screw and flex-cracks faster in softer alloys. The satin gold finish matches the 1000 Series hardware as built.
