Description

These are the string-lock saddles for the Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. Each saddle clamps the string at the bridge end, working alongside the nut lock to hold tuning across full-range divebombs and pull-ups. If a saddle screw has stripped, the clamp block is cracked, or the string is slipping at the bridge, this is the set you need.

Fit is series-specific. These saddles are cut for the 1000 Series and do not swap cleanly into other Floyd Rose generations, even where the parts look the same from across the bench. They are sold as a complete set of six because saddle height affects the radius across all six strings — drop one new saddle into a worn set and the radius will be off, which means uneven action and a setup that will not sit right. Replace the full set.

The saddles are hardened steel with a satin black finish. Hardened steel resists the deformation that develops at the string contact point over years of heavy use — once a saddle wears through its surface, the string seats unevenly and tuning stability degrades even with a perfect setup everywhere else.

If you are not certain this set fits your specific guitar, send us the make, model, and year and we will confirm before you order.
