The SRMD200BKF was constructed with a poplar body and a maple neck paired with a maple fretboard carrying black dot inlays. Twenty-two medium frets ran the length of the board, which measured 38mm at the nut and 62mm at the 22nd fret, with a 305mm radius. Neck thickness measured 19.5mm at the first fret and 21.5mm at the twelfth. Pickup duties were handled by a passive Dynamix P at the neck and a passive Dynamix J at the bridge, fed through an Ibanez Custom Electronics 2-band EQ. The B10 bridge offered 19mm string spacing, and hardware throughout was finished in chrome.
