The Schecter 6495 Pasadena Combo is a matched bridge-and-neck humbucker set built around Alnico V magnets with direct-coupled construction. The neck unit (Pasadena Classic) runs 8.4k ohms — an overwound wind that pushes into crunch territory without losing note definition. The bridge unit (Pasadena Plus) steps up to 16.0k ohms, adding output and mass to cut through where the neck position breathes. Both pickups carry a 4-conductor harness, so coil-splitting is wired in from the start.

Two things decide whether this set fits your guitar. First, string count: these are six-string pickups, not interchangeable with seven- or eight-string routes. Second, pole spacing: the bridge pickup is wound to 53mm tremolo spacing — the wider spacing used on floating-bridge guitars. Put a neck-spaced pickup in a tremolo bridge route and the outer strings sit outside the pole pieces. The neck pickup uses 49mm universal spacing. If your guitar has a hardtail or a different bridge type, measure your existing pickup's pole-to-pole spacing before ordering. Direct-mount and ring-mount bodies also require different mounting hardware — check which your guitar uses.

Pole pieces are 6 × 0.1875" nickel-plated carbon steel per pickup, with a solid nickel/silver baseplate. The split-coil design handles the coil-tap wiring without modification to the harness.
