The Schecter 6187 Pasadena-8 is a bridge-position humbucker for eight-string guitars. It uses a four-conductor harness and split-coil design, which means you can wire it for full humbucker output or coil-split it to thin out to a single-coil character — without changing the pickup itself. Output measures 13.2k ohms. The construction is Alnico V with direct-coupled magnets and a solid nickel/silver baseplate.

Two things decide whether this part fits your guitar: pole spacing and string count. This pickup is spaced at 72mm universal spacing and carries eight pole pieces — it is not a six- or seven-string pickup. Bridge-position pickups also run wider spacing than neck pickups, so do not assume a neck pickup from the same guitar shares the same dimensions. Beyond spacing, check how your body is routed: a direct-mount body and a ring-mount body need different hardware, and the wrong assumption costs you a second order. Measure the existing pickup or route before ordering.

Pole pieces are eight nickel-plated carbon steel units in two formats: eight at 0.1875" diameter and eight #5 slot pan head Phillips nickel-plated carbon steel screws. The four-conductor harness gives you the wiring options; the Alnico V magnets handle the magnetic circuit. The overwound construction pushes the mid-range response up relative to a standard vintage wind — the DC resistance of 13.2k ohms reflects that.
