The Schecter 6230 Pasadena Plus-8 is a bridge-position humbucker for eight-string guitars. It runs a 4-conductor harness with a split-coil design, which means you can wire it for full humbucker, single-coil, or series/parallel configurations depending on your switching setup. Output is 16.0k ohms. The magnet is Alnico V, direct-coupled to the pole pieces. The baseplate is solid nickel/silver. This pickup is sold for bridge position only — it is not a neck pickup.

Two things decide whether this part fits your guitar. First, string count: this is an eight-string pickup. It is not interchangeable with a six- or seven-string pickup. Second, pole spacing: the 6230 uses 72mm Traditional Spacing, which is a bridge spacing. Putting a neck-spaced pickup in a bridge route places the outer strings off the pole pieces — if you are replacing an existing bridge pickup, confirm the spacing of the original before ordering. Also check whether your body is direct-mount or ring-mount; they require different hardware, and that hardware is not included.

The pole pieces are eight nickel-plated carbon steel units at .1875" diameter, with eight #5 slot pan head Phillips nickel-plated carbon steel screws. If your existing pole screws are stripped or corroded, the thread spec on those screws is worth confirming before you source replacements separately.
