Schecter positioned the C-6 Plus LH as the left-handed variant of its C-6 Plus model, a bolt-on electric guitar built around a basswood body with a quilted maple image top and a maple neck. The instrument carried a 25.5-inch scale and was finished in Charcoal Burst. Its left-handed configuration and flat-top-with-bevel-edge body contour were defining production details.
The maple neck carried a Thin 'C' profile, measuring .787 inches at the first fret and .866 inches at the twelfth, and terminated at a 42mm graphite nut. The rosewood fretboard ran 14 inches of radius across 24 X-Jumbo frets, marked with 4mm dot inlays. Electronics consisted of two Schecter Diamond Plus pickups — one at the bridge, one at the neck — routed through a volume control, a tone control, and a 3-way switch, with metal knurled knobs secured by set screws. Hardware was finished in chrome throughout. The bridge was a tune-o-matic unit with string-through-body anchoring, which accepts standard tune-o-matic saddle replacements. The neck was fitted with Schecter tuners and a 2-way adjustable truss rod accessed via a 5/32-inch allen nut. Factory strings were gauged .010–.046.
Owners sourcing replacement parts should note that the tune-o-matic bridge accepts standard saddle stock, and the 42mm nut width is relevant when selecting a pre-cut nut replacement.
