Schecter positioned the C-6 FR Deluxe LH as a left-handed, double-locking tremolo entry in its C-series line, built on a bolt-on construction with a basswood body and a maple neck. The model carried the SGR by Floyd Rose nut and bridge system, making it a left-handed option for players requiring a full floating tremolo setup at an accessible tier of the Schecter catalogue.
The maple neck featured a Thin 'C' profile measuring .787" (20mm) at the first fret and .866" (22mm) at the twelfth, topped with a rosewood fretboard carrying 24 narrow X-jumbo frets, a 14" (355mm) radius, and 4mm dot inlays. The nut width measured 1.625" (41.3mm) across a SGR by Floyd Rose locking nut, with a 25.5" (648mm) scale length. A 2-way adjustable truss rod with a 5/32" (4mm) allen nut ran through the neck.
