Schecter built the Demon-6 LH as a left-handed entry in the Demon series, positioning it as a high-output, active-electronics bolt-on instrument within their broader working-guitarist catalogue. The guitar was produced in Indonesia and finished in Satin Black.
The basswood body features an arched top with aged creme 1-ply binding and a bolt-on maple neck profiled in a Thin 'C' shape — measuring .787" at the first fret and .866" at the twelfth. The wenge fretboard carries 24 X-Jumbo frets at a 14" radius, with grey pearloid Gothic Cross inlays and a 1.653" Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut across a 25.5" scale. Both positions are loaded with Schecter Diamond Active HB-105S humbuckers, wired to a Volume/Tone/3-Way Switch arrangement through metal knurled knobs with set screws; active circuitry is powered via a 9-volt clip-in battery compartment. The Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body anchoring and black chrome hardware complement the overall specification. Schecter-branded tuners complete the headstock. The instrument shipped strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010–.046.
