Schecter positioned the Hellraiser Hybrid C-1 FR (item 1923) within its Hellraiser Hybrid series as a high-output, extended-access electric guitar built in South Korea. The model combined active EMG electronics with a quilted maple top over a mahogany body, a set-neck construction with Ultra Access heel joint, and a Floyd Rose tremolo system.
The three-piece maple neck carries an Ultra Thin 'C' profile — .748" at the first fret and .787" at the twelfth — and terminates at a 1.625" Floyd Rose locking nut. The ebony fretboard runs a 12"-16" compound radius across 24 X-Jumbo frets, with MOP offset/reverse dot inlays and a Gothic Cross marker at the twelfth fret. Hardware throughout is black chrome, including the Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridge, Grover tuners, and metal knurled knobs with set screws. Electronics consist of an EMG 57 (bridge) and EMG 66 (neck), both with brushed black chrome covers, routed through a volume/volume/tone/3-way switching arrangement and powered by a clip-in 9-volt battery compartment. Carbon fiber multi-ply binding frames the arched quilted maple top, and the guitar ships strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010–.046.
Owners requiring Floyd Rose setup, locking nut replacement, active electronics service, or truss rod adjustment — the rod accepts a 5/32" (4mm) Allen key — should consult a qualified guitar technician familiar with double-locking tremolo systems.
