Description

This is a genuine Floyd Rose replacement saddle for the SpeedLoader tremolo system. Saddles are the contact point between string and bridge plate — they set intonation, transfer vibration into the block, and take the full load of string tension and tremolo movement. When one cracks, strips, or wears to the point where tuning stability goes, the saddle is what you replace.

The SpeedLoader system is series-specific. Saddles that look right from across a bench are cut to different dimensions between Floyd Rose generations. Before ordering, confirm that the tremolo installed in your guitar is a SpeedLoader unit — not an Original Floyd Rose, a Pro, or a 1000 Series. The part numbers do not cross over. If you are not certain which bridge is in the guitar, check the saddle block itself for markings before you buy.

Material is hardened steel with a gold finish. Hardened steel is used here because the saddle is a wear surface — soft material rounds off under string contact and string lock pressure, which eventually costs you intonation and sustain. The gold finish matches SpeedLoader hardware in gold.

If you are not certain this is the right saddle for your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will check it against what we have on the shelf.
