Description

This is a genuine Floyd Rose replacement saddle for the SpeedLoader tremolo system. The SpeedLoader uses a different string-loading mechanism than standard Floyd Rose bridges — strings seat directly into the saddle rather than clamping at a separate block — so the saddle geometry is specific to that system. If the saddle on your SpeedLoader is worn, chipped, or has a damaged string channel, this is the part that replaces it.

Fit is series-specific. Floyd Rose tremolo components that look identical across generations are often cut to different dimensions, and the SpeedLoader is a distinct system from the Original, the 1000 Series, or the Pro. Confirm that your guitar has a SpeedLoader installed — not just a Floyd Rose — before ordering. If you are not certain which system is in your guitar, measure and compare before you buy.

The saddle is hardened steel with a black finish. Hardened steel resists the string wear and corrosion that softens saddle contact points over time and causes tuning instability. A worn saddle channel is one of the less obvious reasons a floating bridge stops returning to pitch reliably.

If you are unsure this is the right part for your guitar, send us the make, model, and year and we will confirm.
