These are the two top-mounting screws that hold a Floyd Rose Original locking nut down to the headstock. They strip, they round off, they get lost — this is the replacement set. Steel construction, gold finish, sized for the Floyd Rose Original series nut.
Before ordering, confirm that your existing nut fits the neck correctly. A locking nut has to match both the width of the nut slot and the fretboard radius. Floyd Rose sizes its nuts by width — R2, R3, R4 and so on — and the mounting screws are specific to the nut series. If the nut itself is the wrong size or wrong radius for your neck, new screws will not fix a buzz or a string crowding the fretboard edge. Measure the nut you have before ordering anything.
The screws are steel with a gold finish, sold as a set of two. The finish matches factory-spec gold hardware on Original series Floyd Rose systems. Mismatched finishes are the most common reason players end up here — chrome screws on a gold nut, or the reverse after a previous repair.
If you are not certain this is the right part for your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will check it against what we have on the shelf.
