Replacement mounting screws for the Floyd Rose Original series string retainer bar. The retainer bar bolts to the headstock behind the locking nut; these are the screws that hold it there. When a screw strips or snaps, the bar can shift or sit unevenly, killing the break angle that keeps strings seated in the nut during hard use. This is the fix. Set of two, steel, chrome finish.

Break angle over the locking nut is not decorative — it is what stops strings from lifting out of the nut under a hard dive. The retainer bar controls that angle, and these screws control the bar. Mounting hole spacing is specific to the Floyd Rose Original series; if your guitar runs a different series or a licensed copy, the hole pattern may not match. Confirm you have an Original series system before ordering.

Steel construction, chrome plated. The chrome matches the standard Original series hardware finish. If your existing screws show corrosion or the heads are damaged from a poorly fitting driver, replace both at once — the second one in this set costs nothing extra and a mismatched screw head is the next stripped screw waiting to happen.
