This is the replacement tremolo arm for Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridges. If the arm on your 1000 Series is bent, stripped at the collar, or missing, this is the direct swap. It is stainless steel with a satin chrome finish, 6mm diameter, 80mm length.
Arm fit is series-specific and the 1000 Series arm will not seat correctly in a different Floyd Rose generation. The shaft diameter, the thread or push-in collar geometry, and the bend angle all differ between series. A right-handed arm is also bent the opposite direction from a left-handed one — they are not interchangeable. Before ordering, confirm your bridge is a 1000 Series unit, not an Original, Special, or Pro Series.
Stainless steel holds up better than the zinc alloy arms that show up on cheaper bridges — less prone to bending under hard use and the satin chrome finish does not flake the way plated arms can. The failure mode on most worn arms is either a stripped collar thread or a stress bend that throws off your wrist angle; this part addresses both.
Not sure which series your bridge is, or whether your guitar came with a 1000 Series unit stock? Send us the make, model, and year and we'll confirm before you order.
