Description

This is the replacement tremolo arm for Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridges. If the arm on your 1000 Series is stripped at the collar, bent out of shape, or simply missing, this is the part that drops in. Stainless steel, chrome finish, 6mm diameter shaft, 80mm length.

Arm fit is series-specific and non-negotiable. The shaft diameter, the collar thread or push-in fit, and the bend angle all differ between Floyd Rose generations. This arm is made for the 1000 Series. It will not seat correctly in an Original Series, Special, or any other Floyd Rose generation — and a left-handed arm is bent the opposite direction, so it is not interchangeable with a right-handed one either. If you are not certain which series your bridge is, check the saddle block or the back plate for the series marking before ordering.

Stainless steel holds up better than the zinc arms that come stock on some budget bridges. Chrome plating matches the standard 1000 Series hardware finish. The failure mode on these is usually a stripped collar thread from over-tightening the arm tension screw — if the arm spins freely and won't hold position, the collar inside the bridge body is the more likely culprit, not the arm itself.

If you're unsure whether this is the right arm for your guitar, send us the make, model, and year and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
