The PGC1000 features two distinct pile types on a single cloth: a long pile intended for the guitar body and neck, and a short pile for hardware and other difficult-to-clean areas. One side of the cloth is thicker, suited to working on the guitar's top surface, while the other side is thinner and designed for hardware cleaning. The material is described as soft enough to clean without scratching. The cloth measures 240 × 240 mm and is fully washable.
