Schecter produced the Zacky Vengeance Custom Reissue as a signature instrument associated with guitarist Zacky Vengeance, positioned within Schecter's artist series. The model carried item number 26 and was manufactured in South Korea. Its See Thru Cherry finish incorporated a 6661 graphic, with the same motif echoed in the MOP and abalone crown inlays at every position and a dedicated 6661 marker at the 12th fret.
The guitar was built on a mahogany body with a flat top and bevel edge contour, finished with cream 1-ply binding, and joined to a three-piece mahogany neck via set-neck construction. The rosewood fretboard runs a 14-inch radius and carries 22 X-jumbo frets. The Thin 'C' neck profile measures .787 inches at the first fret and .866 inches at the twelfth. A Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut at 1.653 inches wide feeds into a 24.75-inch scale. Hardware throughout is chrome, anchored by a TonePros T3BT tune-o-matic bridge and T1Z tailpiece, with Grover tuners at the headstock. Both pickup positions carry Seymour Duncan JB humbuckers — the SH-4B at the bridge and SH-4N at the neck — controlled by a volume/volume/tone (push-pull) arrangement and a 3-way switch, with custom Deathbat speed knobs. The instrument shipped strung with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010–.046. A case was sold separately (SGR-3S).
