Schecter built the Zacky Vengeance 6661 LH as a left-handed signature instrument within its artist series, configured for players who required a mirror-image layout. The model carried item number 208 and was finished in Satin Black with a 6661 graphic, reflecting the aesthetic identity of its namesake collaboration.
Construction followed a set-neck architecture joining a three-piece mahogany neck to a mahogany body with a flat top and bevel edge. The neck carried a Thin 'C' profile, measuring .787" at the first fret and .866" at the twelfth, and was capped with a rosewood fretboard at a 14" radius. Twenty-two X-Jumbo frets ran the 24.75" scale, with a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut at 1.653" width anchoring the top end. Inlays were MOP and abalone crowns with a ZV Blade marker at the twelfth fret, set against cream single-ply binding. A two-way adjustable truss rod with a 5/32" Allen nut served the neck's relief. Hardware throughout was finished in distressed chrome: Grover tuners at the headstock, a TonePros T3BT tune-o-matic bridge paired with a T1Z tailpiece at the body, and metal knurled knobs with set screws at the controls. Electronics comprised a Seymour Duncan JB SH-4B at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan JB SH-4N at the neck, routed through a volume/volume/tone (push-pull) arrangement and a three-way switch. Strings were factory-fitted with Ernie Ball Regular Slinky .010–.046.
