The guitar was constructed with a set-neck joint, a mahogany body with a flat top and bevel edge, and a three-piece mahogany neck — a configuration Schecter positioned toward players seeking a traditional, resonant platform with a modern playability profile.
The neck carries a Thin 'C' profile, measuring .787" (20mm) at the first fret and .866" (22mm) at the twelfth, with a 24.75" (628mm) scale and a 14" (355mm) radius rosewood fretboard fitted with 22 X-Jumbo frets. The nut is a Graph Tech XL Black Tusq at 1.653" (42mm) width, and the truss rod is a two-way adjustable unit accessed with a 5/32" (4mm) Allen key. Inlays are MOP and Abalone Crown with a ZV Blade at the twelfth fret.
