Dunlop produced the SC95-U Slash Cry Baby Classic Wah as a signature wah pedal positioned within its Cry Baby line. The unit centred on a custom-wound resonance inductor and was built around a hardwire DPDT bypass switching configuration.
The pedal's core component was a custom wound low noise 560 millihenry high-Q toroid inductor. The sweep range ran from 340 Hz to 1.7 kHz, with an input impedance of 0.7 MΩ and an output impedance below 1 kΩ. Signal-to-noise performance was rated at greater than 102 dB A-weighted. Effect-on status indicators were placed on both sides of the enclosure. Power was supplied via a 9 VDC source drawing fewer than 3 mA through a 5.5 mm × 2.1 mm positive-barrel, negative-centre connector, or a standard 9-volt battery.
