A direct replacement tremolo arm for the Floyd Rose Special series, finished in black nickel. The arm threads into the bridge collar and gives you pull-up and dive-bomb control. This is the left-handed version — the shaft bends the opposite way from a right-handed arm.
Arm fit is series-specific. The shaft diameter, thread pitch, collar design and bend angle all vary between Floyd Rose generations. This arm is built for the Special series. Fitting it to an Original, 1000 series or any other generation will not work — the shaft either will not seat or will sit at the wrong angle for the player's hand. Left-handed and right-handed arms are not interchangeable; the bend goes the other way. If you are not certain which series your bridge is, look for the series name stamped on the sustain block or the baseplate before ordering.
The shaft is stainless steel with a black nickel finish: 6mm diameter, 80mm length. Stainless resists the corrosion that eats chrome arms over time, particularly where the shaft meets the collar.
If you are not sure this is the right arm for your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will confirm the series before you order.
