The FRT200L is a complete left-handed Floyd Rose Original double-locking tremolo system in black. It ships as a full kit: bridge plate, saddles, locking nut, tremolo block, arm, springs and claw, mounting studs, and all installation hardware. The double-locking design clamps the strings at the nut and at the saddles independently, which is what allows the bridge to return to pitch after heavy use of the arm. Nothing in the kit is decorative — every component does a specific mechanical job in that system.
Fit is decided by string count, hand orientation, and your guitar's existing route. This is a 6-string unit — it will not work on a 7- or 8-string neck. It is left-handed, which affects the angle of the arm and the direction of the fine tuners. Beyond that, the question is whether your guitar is already routed for a recessed double-locking system. A guitar with an existing non-locking bridge will need the body routed to accept the block and rear spring cavity. Stud spacing and neck angle also have to match. This is not a straight swap unless your guitar was already built around a Floyd Rose Original footprint. Measure before you order.
The base plate, saddles, and screws are hardened steel. The tremolo block is nickel-plated brass. The arm is stainless steel. Springs are coiled steel. The black finish is applied to the base plate. The block material and plate hardness are the two things that most affect how this system behaves over time — softer block materials and mild steel plates are typically where cheaper copies fail first.
