Description

This is the left-handed tremolo arm for the Floyd Rose Special series. It drops into the arm collar on the Special bridge and gives you the claw to push and pull pitch. The arm is stainless steel with an antique silver finish, 6mm diameter, 80mm length.

Fit is decided by series, not just brand. The Special series uses a shaft diameter, collar fit and bend geometry specific to that bridge generation. This arm is also bent for a left-handed player — the curve runs the opposite direction from a right-handed arm. Neither the thread or push-in fit nor the bend will work correctly if you drop a mismatched arm in. Before ordering, confirm your bridge is a Floyd Rose Special, and confirm you need a left-handed arm.

Stainless steel holds up better than the zinc alloy arms that sometimes ship on budget bridges — it resists the micro-corrosion that works loose at the collar over time and eventually causes slop in the arm socket.

If you are not certain this is the right arm for your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will confirm the fit before you order.
