These are the string-lock saddles for the Floyd Rose Non-Fine Tuner tremolo. Each saddle clamps the string at the bridge end — if a saddle body is cracked, the clamp screw is stripped, or the seat is worn enough that the string shifts under load, this is the part that needs replacing. Sold as a set of six in hardened steel with a satin chrome finish.

Fit is the first thing to check. Floyd Rose saddles are cut to their own tremolo series and do not carry over between generations, even when two versions look close to identical side by side. These are for the Non-Fine Tuner series only. If your bridge has fine-tuner barrels at the rear of each saddle, these will not be the right part. Buying the full set of six matters too — mixing new saddles with worn ones disrupts the string radius across the board, which means some strings sit higher or lower than intended and the guitar plays unevenly.

The hardened steel construction is the same spec Floyd Rose uses to resist the string-clamp load. A saddle that has been softened by corrosion or cracked by an over-torqued clamp screw will not hold the string consistently at pitch — that is typically what sends a Non-Fine Tuner bridge chasing centre even after a fresh setup and new springs.
