These are the bridge saddles for the Floyd Rose Non-Fine Tuner tremolo — the six string-locking blocks that clamp each string at the bridge and transfer its vibration into the baseplate. When a saddle cracks, strips its locking screw thread, or wears enough to let the string slip under load, the bridge will not return to pitch. Replacing the full set of six restores the clamping surface and keeps intonation consistent across all strings.
Fit is specific to the Non-Fine Tuner series and does not carry over to other Floyd Rose generations, including fine-tuner versions, even where the saddles look the same from the outside. The set has to match the tremolo series on your guitar. Beyond that, buy all six at once — mixing new saddles with worn ones leaves the string heights inconsistent across the neck and throws out the radius, which no amount of saddle-height adjustment will fully correct.
Saddles are hardened steel with a black finish. Hardened steel resists the deformation that eventually lets the string block creep under clamping pressure — the failure mode behind a bridge that holds pitch for a week and then slowly stops.
If you are not certain which Floyd Rose generation is in your guitar, send us the make, model and year and we will confirm the right part before you order.
