What qualifies
- An authorized U.S. dealer for that brand, with the item genuinely in stock at the advertised price
- The identical item — same model, finish, configuration and included accessories
- New condition
- The total delivered price, shipping included
- Within 30 days of your delivery date
What doesn't
- Marketplace and auction listings — eBay, Reverb seller listings, Amazon third-party, forums
- Grey-market or parallel imports, and anyone not authorized to sell the brand in the U.S.
- B-stock, demo, used, open-box and refurbished
- Member-only, doorbuster, bundle-only, coupon-stacked and clearance pricing
- Typos and obviously mispriced listings

Your credit goes back to the original payment method or becomes store credit — your call. One claim per item. We may confirm the competing listing is live and in stock before issuing it, and either way you'll hear from us within one business day.
