Note: When free 7-14 day shipping is selected the orders are batched. Although the order will ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, it will ship within 2-14 days, sometimes faster; however, they are batched and cannot be rushed. Batching orders saves us money, so we pass the savings along to you. If you need the item faster please select a paid shipping option. Simply stated, if you plan on pissing and moaning that the order took a week or so to ship, don't choose free shipping! (We state all over the place it can take up to 14 days for orders with free shipping to ship! If you want your order to ship faster, pay for it using the other options. After all free shipping is to save you money, and is free, if people keep complaining about it being slow (we say 2-14 days for free shipping), we will just remove the option. Choose your shipping option wisely!

For security purposes, all packages are shipped fully insured and with signature required. There is no exception to this policy.

Alternate Shipping Addresses: If the bill to and ship to address differ, you will be contacted for address verification prior to the order shipping. In some instances we may require the ship to address to be registed with the credit card company prior to the order shipping.
